North Sound Estates: Located in the district of Savannah, which is very close 2 miles away from The Countryside Shopping Village. This Area has a mixture of homes and condos but no covenants, so you do have the freedom to build whatever you want but so does everyone else. The homes and empty lots are with canal frontage are priced at a reasonable cost around US$150,000 for a house. Lot. Some of the lots do not have seawalls or docks so you will have to make sure you walk the property.
