Canal Front Homes in Grand Cayman

Vista Del Mar

Vista Del Mar is Cayman's most exclusive and sought after private gated community where canal front home lots start at US$50 per sq ft.  Located on the canal and adjacent to the Yacht Club this address is sure to remain super posh. Prime, wide, elegant canal front lots are extremely rare. Construction is governed by covenants restricting design to single family homes, which are to conform architecturally to the harmony of the development. Canal Point:  Located along the Seven Mile Beach corridor, and behind The Strand Shopping Center and accessed off the new bypass road. Canal Point, Grand Cayman has a gate house and security guard.  Canal Point are a series of streets all with seawalls and docks, large and deep canals to cater to many keel sizes.  This community of luxury homes all have easy access to all of North Sound’s amenities. There are no condo or apartment blocks in this community. 

Clipper Bay: is Grand Cayman's newest canal subdivision located behind Southampton Gardens Villas on the way into Canal Point community and Snug Harbour Community. Clipper Bay, Grand Cayman are canal lots, which have been filled to 5ft above sea level and have brand new seawalls and docks, near the highway there is a areas where luxury condos will be built in the 2018.  The location of Clipper Bay is just minutes away from Camana Bay, The Ritz Carlton and the new Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, in fact if you are sporty and like a good walk you can get there in 10 to 20 mins! 

Grand Harbour, canal front luxury homes with seawalls and docks. This community was built and completed in 1999 by local contractors Arch and Godfrey, just past South Sound. Grand Harbour, has many beautiful canal front homes called South Reach and one set of condos are called The Careenage and soon a new condo development called Periwinkle.  In the Shopping plaza, there is a grocery store, the famous Black Pearl Skating Park, restaurants, pizza shop, liquor shore and a Pharmacy community, Health Care Pharmacy

Cayman Islands Sailing Club and The National Sailing Centre are located in the quiet community of Red Bay, just past Grand Harbour and off of Selkirk Drive. This Sailing club and school is turning out some very good young sailors.  Come watch the J22 races running throughout the year. The clubhouse is always a busy social place with a full social event calendar. Surrounding the Sailing club are some very nice properties on the canal,

North Sound Estates: Located in the district of Savannah, which is very close 2 miles away from The Countryside Shopping Village. This Area has a mixture of homes and condos but no covenants, so you do have freedom to building whatever you want but so does everyone else. The homes and empty lots are with canal frontage are priced at a reasonable cost around US$120,000 for a house. Lot. Some of the lots do not have seawalls or docks so you will have to make sure you walk the property.
