Sweet Seven Mile Beach
SMB - also called 7MB or 7 Mile Beach! Many people call this the best part of the island, the most desirable part of the island, because of its famous Seven Mile Beach. Here you will find luxury condominium complexes, such as Watercolours, Pinnacle, Avalon, Casa Caribe, Caribbean Club, the Island Club, Discovery PointClub, Renaissance. There is no sandy beach but there is a beautiful large gazebo to enjoy as you watch every spectacular sunset. A shipwreck near the shoreline is a home to many fish.

Grandview Condos on Seven Mile Beach is located just north of Geroge Town villas, and it is a great location to walk into George Town or over to Kirk Supermarket. Grandview Condos in Grand Cayman is a perfect place for couples or families who want comfort, space and privacy.

Sunset Cove Property formally knowns as Treasure Islands condos are at the south end of fabulous Seven Mile Beach between Grandview condos, Grand Cayman and Crescent Point Consods Grand Cayman. Sunset Cove condos were built in1981 on a sandy stretch of beach, not all of the 96 condos have a sea view but about half. Most of the condos are two bedrooms and two baths, and there are a few three bedroom condos in two oceanfront buildings. At Sunset Cove you will enjoy a sandy swimming cove and loads of snorkelling out front of the cove. For those who want to stay in the pool, you can enjoy the swim-up pool bar, a restaurant close by call Yara with Chef Dylan.
Crescent Point, Grand Cayman

Crescent Point is a Brian Butler build in 1999. Most of the 27 condos have direct water views and the lush gardens at Crescent make this a tropical oasis. Every villa is a three-bedroom condo. Located just between the old Treasure Island hotel, now the updated and renovated Margaretville hotel.
Plantation Village Beach Resort, Grand Cayman

Plantation Village Beach Resort is located on Famous Seven Mile Beach in between Crescent Point to the south and Tamarind Bay to the north and you can find 2 and 3 bedroom condos. A smaller sandy beach allows you to walk along the beach and offers some of the finest snorkelling in the crystal-clear sea. There are two freshwater swimming pools (one that is waterfront pool and another one that is at the back of the property) tennis, bicycles and sea kayaks and a child's play area. There are ground floor one bedrooms, and the three bedrooms are a townhouse style on two stories both levels have balconies, not all have direct views of the sea.

The popular Royal Palms is a stone throw away.

Seascape Residence is one of the few private luxury homes located directly on famous Seven Mile Beach.
